WREKINSPORT CYCLING CLUB

Wrekinsport are pleased to welcome anyone interested in any type of cycling. So if you ride a bike for any reason and would like the company of like-minded people, Wrekinsport would like to hear from you.

Recent information dates the formation of the club to 1922. We're not quite sure what happened between then and 1943, but it seems that the club was in formation at the start of the second world war and has functioned continuously ever since. Wrekinsport  have been able to boast several national, area and World Champions at various Cycling Disciplines.

Have a look it has some excellent articles on training etc. The current plan is to keep this site as the main website as it is our official address supplied to organizations and has a greater presence on search engines, however we will see how things develop.

Most news is posted to the forum which any registered user can post to, and thus race organizers and keen racers and riders don’t have to wait for the website to get updates so please look at the forum
